Pre-release Processing Time

For all orders, we require a 1-3 business day processing period before the products are shipped.

We will send you a notification email once your order is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped by Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. You may indicate your preference via email or phone. However PEonline.ca reserves the right to select the courier of its choice. All appropriate packaging materials are used to meet the shipping requirements of the couriers.
All orders are ground-shipped. Recipient's signature is required at delivery.

You may request for Express shipping at an additional cost to you by contacting us after placing your order. However, it is not guaranteed that the necessary changes will be made to your order on time.

PEonline.ca only ships orders across Canada, and only to Canadian street addresses (no P.O. Box, or RR addresses). We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

PEOnline.ca does not process orders during the weekend and no deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Fees

To obtain an accurate shipping cost, please follow the steps below. You will not be charged until you have selected "Process Transaction" on the Moneris Transaction Page:

1. Create an account and set the correct shipping address. Login.

2. Add the products that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

3. A total shipping charge will be shown on both the "shipping method" page and the "place order" page.
